French Class

I started French Class!! I know une petite peu (a little bit) French. When I was in third grade my school offered French, but it was before school and half the time the teacher didn't show up. I basically learned my abc's and to count to 10. The high school I attended only had Spanish. I've always wanted to learn French. We bought Rosetta Stone and I had high hopes, but to be honest I did not like it. I guess I need someone to explain to me why I'm getting my answers wrong. Google translate can only go so far.

I signed up for French I at Eastern Florida State College. They allow you to take 12 credit hours without declaring a major. So far I've had 3 classes. Since it's summer semester, it's only six weeks and the classes are almost four hours long. I have defiantly learned a lot, but I still have a lot more to learn. I do have time to take French II before January. I've already signed up!!

I do hope by the time January rolls around I can halfway speak French.
